Job Summary
Be part of a community of authentic, proud and trusted people as an Automotive Parts Specialist for our NAPA Auto Parts division. Advise customers in-store and over the phone on vehicle parts and accessories, place orders, provide product expertise and relevant parts recommendations, and create/maintain strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes face-to-face customer service in a dynamic retail environment, with uniformed presentation and a focus on helping customers find the right parts. A diploma in automotive parts sales and/or automotive parts experience is considered an asset.
