Job Summary
Assist customers and service staff in identifying and locating the correct parts; recommend companion parts and inform customers of specials and promotions; ensure customers are aware of the full range of available products; fulfill internal parts requests from service technicians and dealership staff; receive, inspect, and organize parts shipments; stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized parts department; perform periodic inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy; provide excellent service to both internal and external customers; prior automotive or dealership experience preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift 50 pounds; strong communication and organizational skills; full-time position at Lexus of Cool Springs.
