Automotive Parts Specialist

Greet customers promptly and handle their parts requests, ensuring proper selection and delivery at the counter while recommending related items. Maintain the customer back-order file, advise on receipt of parts, and tag and maintain inventory of warranty parts for scrapping. Manage inventory by checking invoices against stock received, assisting with annual inventory, updating bin labels, and assuring proper storage of newly received parts. Complete all paperwork accurately, including entry and relief of sales, and accurately handle costing of parts on repair orders. Interact positively with technicians and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
