Job Summary
Drive your future as a Full-Time Automotive Parts Specialist in Green Bay, WI. Serve as the voice of the company by providing customer-focused, phone-based assistance to identify correct automotive parts, present product options, and finalize sales. Maintain strong product knowledge, uphold the Never Say No values, process orders/returns/inquiries accurately, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call-center operations. Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in past 3 years if over 25 or past 5 years if under 25
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Able to comply with physical requirements including pre-employment physical and drug test
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms
