Job Summary
Automotive Parts Specialist responsible for assisting customers via phone and in-person at the Green Bay store. Key duties include identifying correct automotive parts, offering product options, finalizing sales over the phone, processing orders/returns/inquiries, and maintaining high product knowledge. Must provide customer-focused support, uphold service standards, and collaborate with team to ensure smooth call-center operations. Full-time role with benefits, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and education support; requires prior automotive experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in past 3 years if over 25 or past 5 years if under 25
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Able to comply with physical requirements including pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms
