Job Summary
Automotive Parts Specialist with Front Office Coordinator responsibilities in the main office alongside the service writer/owner. Responsibilities include greeting customers during drop-off/pick-up, answering phones, scheduling, looking up and ordering parts, overseeing deliveries and returns, managing shop inventory, and restocking merchandise. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, familiarity with automotive parts and repair processes, and ability to lift objects. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Compensation ranges from $20–$30/hour depending on experience; full-time with potential modified schedules. Location: White Plains, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience using computer programs and applications (Mitchell1, WorldPac, Advance Auto, etc. is a major plus)
- General understanding of automotive repair parts and repair processes
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift, load, receive, and deliver merchandise
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
