Automotive Parts Specialist

Job Summary
As a Parts Specialist at Carvana, you will greet customers, identify and recommend automotive parts, source and order complex parts for customers and the internal shop, process parts transactions and returns, maintain a clean parts counter and stock room, assist with inventory management, and collaborate with the shop team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. You will provide technical advice on parts compatibility and installation, handle customer inquiries professionally, and contribute to a high-quality, no-hassle car-buying experience while upholding safety and OEM standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and OEM standards
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI in the last three years
