Job Summary
Automotive Parts Specialist needed at Auto-Wares Group of Companies in Cadillac, MI. Full-time role operating Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, focused on delivering customer-focused phone support to identify correct automotive parts, presenting product options, finalizing sales over the phone, processing orders/returns/inquiries, and maintaining strong product knowledge. You will serve as the voice of the company, uphold Never Say No values by offering all options, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth call-center operations. Requires 3 years of automotive experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in past 3 years if over 25, past 5 years if under 25
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Ability to comply with pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms
