Job Summary
Full-Time Automotive Parts Specialist at Auto-Wares Group of Companies in Cadillac, MI. Serve as the voice of the company over the phone by providing customer-focused assistance, identifying correct automotive parts, presenting product options, and finalizing sales. Maintain product knowledge, support customers with orders/returns/inquiries, and collaborate with team to ensure smooth call-center operations. Includes benefits such as PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401k with match, education support, and employee discounts. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, at the Cadillac store with areas served including Harrison, Lake City, Cadillac, Mt Pleasant, and Remus.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Able to comply with pre-employment physical and drug test
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms
