Job Summary
Receipt and stock all parts orders, inspect shipments for quantity and damage, and maintain physical inventory in correct locations. Keep shelves stocked efficiently, maintain warranty claims per dealership guidelines, and notify the parts manager of any damaged or missing items. File special orders and ensure customers are notified of receipt, then alert the service manager upon delivery. Lift, bend, and carry parts weighing up to 75 pounds while following safety instructions in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and pass pre-employment screens.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, bend and carry parts and accessories that weigh upwards of 75 pounds
- Must be able to follow instructions while working safely and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
