Job Summary
Join Oswego Auto Parts Inc as an Automotive Parts Sales Associate to connect with customers and help them find the right automotive parts and accessories. Responsibilities include assisting customers in identifying and selecting parts, providing expert product guidance, processing sales transactions accurately, maintaining organized inventory, stocking high-demand items, handling inquiries, resolving issues professionally, collaborating with team to meet sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends and new products to better serve customers. Requires a prior automotive background or knowledge (ASE a plus), strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic computer skills, lifting heavy items, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- ASE Certification is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales processing
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is highly desirable
