Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and automotive knowledge to help customers find aftermarket auto parts and accessories. Recommend parts and solutions, source and deliver items in coordination with store and regional teams, and seize opportunities to grow automotive knowledge. Must interact well with customers in person and over the phone, work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift items up to 50lbs. Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
- Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
