Job Summary
Automotive Parts Representative position in Nelson, BC seeking an entry-level candidate for full-time in-store customer service and parts support. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, making aftermarket auto part and accessory recommendations using automotive knowledge, sourcing, ordering and delivering the right solutions for customers, collaborating with store, regional, and organizational teams, expanding automotive knowledge through daily tasks, and performing diverse duties to support store success. Requires 0-2 years of automotive and/or sales experience (preferred) and strong interpersonal skills; basic automotive knowledge is an asset; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Salary range CAD 19.00 - 21.00 hourly; benefits and career development opportunities noted. This is a full-time role with a focus on local customer engagement and growth within Lordco Auto Parts.
Required Qualifications
