Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories using your automotive knowledge. Work diligently with staff to source, order, and deliver the right solutions for customers while performing various store tasks to ensure team success. Seize opportunities to grow your automotive knowledge and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires the ability to lift items up to 50lbs and strong interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
- 0-4+ years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone
- Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset
- Strong-willed individual ready to learn and advance their automotive knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
