Job Summary
Experienced automotive Parts Manager to oversee daily operations of the dealership parts department, manage inventory levels, pricing, receiving, and obsolescence; lead, coach, and develop parts department staff; work closely with service and sales to support dealership operations; monitor profitability and compliance with policies; maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors; ensure excellent customer service for retail and wholesale clients; 3–5 years of dealership parts management experience and strong OEM parts knowledge; proficiency with dealership management software; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of automotive parts management experience in a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of OEM parts operations and inventory systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with dealership management software
