Job Summary
Lead all daily Parts Department operations, maintaining the right inventory at the right time while maximizing stock levels and reducing obsolescence. Improve profitability and operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators and creating action plans that deliver measurable results. Coach and develop your team to perform at a high level, building strong relationships with Service, Sales, and Wholesale customers to drive an exceptional experience. Work closely with Fixed Operations leadership to ensure continuous improvement and take full ownership of department goals.
