Job Summary
Lead and manage Baxter Volkswagen of La Vista's Parts Department to drive profitability and guest satisfaction. Oversee inventory optimization, pricing strategies, and merchandising; lead and support wholesale parts operations; ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with manufacturer programs, warranties, and federal/state/local regulations. Build and maintain a productive, accountable team environment, forecast financial performance, develop efficient processes, and collaborate with management to achieve dealership-wide goals. Emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-department communication, and ongoing training and development to deliver exceptional customer service and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Automotive parts management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail in inventory and recordkeeping
- Business-minded with the ability to analyze financials and make data-driven decisions
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence and retention
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
