Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the parts department, manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships; lead and support a team of counter professionals and parts staff; monitor and maintain profitability, including parts gross and expenses; ensure timely and accurate parts distribution to service technicians; provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale clients.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Automotive Parts Manager is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with DMS systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.) preferred
- Ability to manage inventory, forecast parts needs, and control costs
- High level of organization and attention to detail
