Job Summary
Automotive Parts Interpreter at Repco Taupo: provide technical support to trade and retail customers using automotive parts/mechanical knowledge; build effective customer relationships; act as a superstar seller and problem solver with up-to-date product information; handle a busy phone customer contact role; contribute to a safe, collaborative team environment; require prior automotive parts or mechanical experience, strong customer service and sales orientation, and flexible availability with a valid driver’s licence. 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for training and career development within a global auto-parts network.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
- Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
- Be comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
- Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
- Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
