Job Summary
Provide technical support to trade and retail customers by leveraging expert automotive parts and mechanical knowledge. Build effective customer relationships through a busy phone contact role while acting as a superstar seller and problem solver. Utilize up-to-date product information to create lasting impressions and ensure the safest work environment for yourself and teammates. Demonstrate prior automotive parts experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate both technical and non-technical matters. Maintain a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) and work flexible hours as part of a global team supporting the automotive aftermarket.
Required Qualifications
- prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
- passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
- comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
- proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
- flexible availability
- valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
