Job Summary
Provide technical support to trade and retail customers using expert automotive parts and mechanical knowledge while building effective customer relationships. Act as a superstar seller and problem solver by utilizing up-to-date product information to create lasting impressions in a busy phone contact role. Maintain safety awareness and strive to provide the safest work environment for yourself and teammates. This position requires a flexible availability and a valid driver's license (manual preferred). Candidates must demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience, possess strong computer skills, and be comfortable communicating in both technical and non-technical manners. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
