Job Summary
Interpret parts, process customer orders, and efficiently dispatch products and parts as the first point of contact for trade, industrial, and mining customers. Provide expert product information and advice while solving problems and applying sales techniques to keep the workshop world rolling. Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock, including lifting, bending, and climbing as part of a hands-on role. Contribute to a culture of safety by ensuring everyone makes it home safely. Work a Monday to Friday schedule with a competitive salary and generous incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Parts interpreting "know how" (your technical parts knowledge)
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Confidence in sharing your 'know how' and ability to communicate your knowledge in a way the customer can understand
- Innovate and collaborative approach to work
- Solution focused / problem solver
- Sound computer skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team
