Job Summary
Interpret parts and process customer orders for trade, industrial and mining customers at NAPA Cairns. Provide accurate technical parts support, advise on product information, solve problems, and apply sales techniques to deliver exceptional customer experiences. First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone); duties include interpreting parts, dispatching products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy-ins, processing customer credits, and contributing to a safety-first culture. Requires comfort working in a fast-paced team environment, strong knowledge of automotive/mechanical parts, and clear communication of technical information to customers. Note: role includes lifting, bending and climbing.
Required Qualifications
