Automotive Parts Counterperson

Price parts and dispense automotive components to the service department. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts while reading manuals to ascertain type and specification. Place special orders with manufacturers for out-of-stock items and maintain inventory. Provide pricing and product information to ensure customer satisfaction scores meet dealership standards. Answer telephone inquiries promptly following guidelines and follow all safety regulations. Some heavy lifting is required.
