Automotive Parts Counterperson

Assist technicians and customers with parts ordering, pricing, questions, pulling parts from stock, and receiving as necessary. Answer all internal and external phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner. Perform department shipping and receiving functions from manufacturers, FedEx, and UPS, including stocking shelves and following receiving paperwork guidelines. Process parts inventory returns to the manufacturer as directed and maintain inventory control functions. Keep a clean, orderly, professional work area and maintain a neat appearance at all times. Dealership or auto parts store experience is needed.
