Job Summary
Oversee the parts sales process from initial inquiry through fulfillment, working with the parts manager to source parts not currently in stock. Process special order requests and follow through to delivery while communicating parts status and updates to customers and internal staff throughout the transaction. Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory levels and ordering systems, adhering to all company safety policies and applicable regulations. Requires 5+ years of experience in a Ford dealership parts department, deep product knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Salary ranges from $21 to $25/hour plus bonus, with health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and a location in Livermore, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Ford dealership parts department
- Deep knowledge of Ford parts, systems, and inventory processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
