Automotive Parts Counterperson

Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries, orders, and pricing while communicating professionally with service advisors and technicians. Read parts catalogs to identify components, pull accurate orders from inventory, and maintain organized stock through weekly bin checks. Notify management of low inventory or out-of-stock items, locate parts from outside vendors, and review body shop estimates for accuracy. Ensure internal requests are properly billed, process retail payments, and maintain precise documentation and inventory records.
