Automotive Parts Counter Trainee Associate

Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone in identifying correct automotive parts and accessories. Learn to use electronic parts catalogs and dealership computer systems to provide pricing, availability, and order-status information. Pull purchased parts from inventory, locate and order out-of-stock items, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup. Support Service Technicians by identifying and obtaining necessary parts for vehicle repairs while maintaining accurate order information. Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient by building positive relationships with customers, technicians, and team members. This trainee position offers paid, hands-on training with a clear path to advance into a Parts Counter Associate role, starting at $21.50 per hour.
