Job Summary
Conduct customer interactions and finalize sales through phone calls and in-person communication while demonstrating deep knowledge of automotive parts and services. Process returns, assist store personnel, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Run deliveries, put away stock, and help with inventory management. Operate under full-time rotating hours from 9am to 6pm including weekends. Requires three years of automotive field experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previous 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of Age
- Valid Driver's License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
