Job Summary
Conduct all customer interactions to establish positive experiences and finalize sales via phone or in-person communication. Maintain deep product knowledge while offering all service options and supporting store operations through returns processing and inventory management. Run deliveries, put away stock, and assist newer personnel in keeping the store clean and organized. Full-time hours from 9am to 6pm on a rotating schedule including weekends. Requires three years of automotive field experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previous 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of Age
- Valid Driver's License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
