Job Summary
Establish positive customer experiences by conducting all sales activities via phone and in-person communication while offering comprehensive product options. Finalize transactions and support customer needs by exemplifying our Never Say No values. Maintain a clean store environment and assist newer personnel with daily operations and returns. Process returns and contribute to store operations while building deep knowledge of parts and services. Full-time Monday through Friday with Saturday rotations from 8am to 1pm. Louisville, KY. Requires three years automotive experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previous 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of Age
- Valid Driver's License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
- Must be available for Saturday shifts 8am-1pm on rotation
