Job Summary
Conduct all customer interactions to establish positive experiences and finalize sales through phone calls and in-person communication. Maintain deep product knowledge of automotive parts and services while offering all options to support customer needs. Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean environment, processing returns, and supporting daily operations. This full-time role includes Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm rotation shifts. Candidates must have three years of automotive field experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Previous 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of Age
- Valid Driver's License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
