Job Summary
Be the face of Auto-Wares at the Hartford, WI store as a Full-Time Counterperson. Responsibilities include driving a positive customer experience, providing accurate product knowledge, finalizing sales via in-person or phone interactions, maintaining a clean store, supporting store operations, processing returns, and assisting newer staff. Must have 3 years of automotive experience, be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, pass a pre-employment physical and drug test, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in automotive field

- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in past 3 years (age>25) or past 5 years (age<=25)
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test
