Job Summary
Drive your future at Auto-Wares Group of Companies as a Full-Time Counter person in Farmington, MI. Be the face of our company by providing customer-focused service, offering knowledgeable product options, and finalizing sales through in-person interactions and other methods. Learn and contribute to store operations while working closely with the Store Manager to learn Assistant Manager responsibilities and develop leadership potential. Responsibilities include establishing positive customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store, processing returns, assisting newer staff, supporting deliveries, and helping customers with the full range of automotive parts and services. Required Qualifications
- Previous 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in past 3 years if over 25, past 5 years if under 25
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Able to comply with physical requirements including pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms
