Job Summary
Establish positive customer experiences and finalize sales through phone calls and in-person communication while maintaining deep product knowledge. Conduct all activities with a customer-focused perspective, offering every product option and supporting needs through the Never Say No values. Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean environment, processing returns, and helping newer team members. This Full-Time role includes Monday-Friday and Saturday rotation shifts with competitive pay, health and dental benefits, and tuition reimbursement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous 3 years experience in automotive field
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of Age
- Valid Driver's License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
- Full time, Monday-Friday, Saturdays on rotation
