Automotive Parts Counter Associate responsible for greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing excellent customer service; handling parts inquiries by phone and in person; distributing parts to service technicians; accepting warranty parts and cores for return; processing documents and purchase orders; identifying related parts for repair jobs; advising on parts stocking status; ensuring department security; maintaining inventory and locations; and using the computer system to post sales and track lost sales. Requires automotive knowledge, strong customer service skills, ability to lift 100 pounds, a valid driver's license, and willingness to undergo a background check.
