Automotive Parts Counter Associate

Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide excellent customer service while establishing payment methods and handling telephone inquiries. Manage parts distribution to service technicians, accept warranty returns, and process all pertinent documents. Actively identify related parts for repair jobs, advise customers on stocking status, and ensure department security. Write purchase orders for external suppliers, use the computer system to post sales, and maintain accurate inventory through bin spot checks and stocking. Keep the work area clean, assist with trash removal, and stay updated on training and certification.
