Job Summary
Order, receive, stock, and process automotive parts while supplying technicians with necessary components. Assist with inventory management, logistics, and creating bin locations for new stock, ensuring shelves remain properly stocked. Notify customers of parts arrivals or shortage and damage discrepancies, then prepare items for returns and shipping. Perform light forklift duties and deliver parts to customers. Maintain a neat workspace and follow all company safety policies and federal, state, and local regulations. High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for helping others and excellent customer service skills essential.
