Job Summary
Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts while supporting Service Technicians by sourcing components for vehicle repairs. Use electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems to research availability, provide accurate pricing, and process orders with verified inventory. Recommend related accessories, pull parts from stock, place special orders, and prepare shipments for delivery or pickup. Maintain clear documentation, follow up on backordered items, and communicate delivery timelines and charges to ensure prompt, dependable service across all dealership departments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous automotive parts counter experience
- Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Previous automotive parts experience, preferably in a dealership environment
- Working knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and repair terminology
- Experience using electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems
