Job Summary
Assist technicians and service staff by sourcing, ordering, receiving, and stocking automotive parts; maintain accurate inventory records and bin locations; collaborate with OEM, aftermarket, and wholesale vendors; process parts returns, credits, and warranty claims; ensure proper documentation and approvals for parts orders; monitor backorders and communicate updates to service staff; participate in inventory counts and reconciliation; keep the parts department clean and organized.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience required
- Dealership experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with DealerTrack, DMS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license required
