Job Summary
Assist retail customers in identifying and selecting the correct OEM parts and accessories based on their needs. Use electronic parts catalogues and dealership systems to look up accurate part numbers, verify compatibility, and provide pricing and availability guidance. Process retail transactions including cash, credit, warranty claims, core returns, and invoices while maintaining a clean, organized parts counter area. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts, handle returns and exchanges, and track back-ordered items to notify customers of arrival times. Collaborate with parts inventory and service teams to maintain accurate stock levels and uphold OEM standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
