Job Summary
Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson responsibilities include assisting customers and internal teams with parts-related questions in person, via email, and/or on the phone; communicating estimated parts ship and arrival times; recording parts transactions in the Dealer Management System; prioritizing and managing a high volume of work to meet deadlines; maintaining daily metric goals; and performing additional duties as needed. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and technical parts knowledge, with proficiency in DMS/POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealer Management System, and/or Point of Sales (POS) systems
