Job Summary
Prepare color tint to match paint, mix colors, and ensure formulations, preparations, top coating, and curing meet OEM standards. Complete all paint operations, remove masking, and reassemble prior disassembly before returning the vehicle to the body technician. This role requires 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center and an Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing. Candidates must be able to perform consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Caliber Collision offers paid weekly pay, immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision, and paid vacation and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
