Job Summary
Automotive Painter responsible for preparing color tint to match paint color, mixing paints, and applying coatings according to OEM standards. Responsibilities include masking, disassembly and reassembly as needed, ensuring complete paint operations, and proper curing. Must read and interpret written estimates and work orders, communicate effectively, and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative collision-center environment. Requires 3+ years of paint operations experience in a collision center and an Auto Body certificate or ASE refinishing certification preferred. Familiarity with 3M collision repair products and commitment to safety and quality are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred
- Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
