As a Sr. Reconditioning Associate II, you will perform advanced paint applications, minor repairs, and support reconditioning duties at CarMax, ensuring vehicles meet high-quality standards and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of CarMax New Associate Orientation Training – Operations
- Ability to meet performance standards and workstation certifications for all related roles
- Skilled in reading, interpreting, and recording data accurately and performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Proficient in color discernment and paint application techniques
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Required to use CarMax-provided respiratory protection
- Must be clean-shaven to use half-face respirator
