Job Summary
Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment. Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection while working independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations. This role offers 100% commission-based uncapped earning potential with a first-year range of $50,000–$75,000 and long-term potential up to $150,000+. Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator
