Job Summary
Automotive Paint Repair Technician responsible for bumper and panel painting, spot panel blend and clear blending, paint touch-up and chip repair, cosmetic/body repairs, and headlight reconditioning in a fast-paced, team-based garage environment. DuPont/Spies experience preferred but not required. Position requires weekend availability, on-site mobile dealership work, and the ability to work at other nearby sites as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening, and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED
- Must be willing to work on an On-site mobile type dealership environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude
