Job Summary
Paint Correction Specialist identifying and rectifying imperfections in automotive paintwork (scratches, swirl marks, oxidation) using machine sanding, buffing, and Dent Wizard’s Paint Defect Correction Kit, including UV Clear application. Perform touch-up repairs, educate customers on the process, and maintain same-day turnaround while contributing to route-building and high daily productivity (8-10 units). Build and apply new techniques to achieve flawless finishes and uphold high quality standards. Requires proven automotive paintwork or detailing experience, strong paint correction knowledge, manual dexterity, independent work ethic, and effective communication; willingness to engage in ongoing training and skill development.
