Automotive New Car Sales Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the sales team in the vehicle showroom and manage both new and used vehicle sales operations. Responsible for sales, appraisal, purchase, reconditioning, display and merchandising of inventory; hire, train and evaluate sales staff to ensure customer-focused service; maintain department profitability while controlling expenses and upholding high ethical standards. Schedule typically runs Monday through Saturday with 45-48 hours weekly. Requires strong communication and customer service skills, plus the ability to forecast and meet sales/profit goals. Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years of used car management experience preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

- 5+ years of used car management experience preferred
- Experience managing, hiring and developing employees preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to perform all job functions including bending, standing, lifting and reaching
- Ability to forecast and achieve sales and profit goals
- Excellent computer skills and detail-oriented
