Automotive Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs at customer-designated locations. Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Hyundai-approved tools and diagnostic software. Operate a Hyundai Mobile Service van, maintaining its cleanliness, inventory, and operational condition. Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle condition and maintenance recommendations while following all safety guidelines and Hyundai standards. Accurately document work performed using digital service tools and coordinate with the dealership for parts, scheduling, and complex repair escalations. Maintain compliance with state and federal automotive regulations. Serve as a brand ambassador ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor environments
- Reliable Transportation
- Pass background screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Technical/vocational training
- ASE Certification(s)
- Hyundai experience
